$2,500 to party, plus a $1,000 deposit you get back
Service Description
Eight hours of exclusive use of the whole property: our vineyard, gardens, patio, party tent, and the 1888 barn. 3:00 to 11:00 PM, up to 100 guests. This is a self-run party. You get the property, a bartender pouring our estate wines and full bar stock, and a venue manager on site for the evening. Bring your own food (trays, coolers, and pizza delivery all work), set up the way you want it, and run your own show. Tables, chairs, and patio furniture are on site to use as you like. Cancellation Policy
$1,000 refundable deposit is required to book. The $2,500 balance is due on the day of the event, before the bar opens. Your deposit is refunded automatically 7 days after your event, unless we have a reason to hold it (see below). CANCELLATIONS Cancel more than 30 days before your event, or within 48 hours of booking, and your deposit is refunded in full. Inside 30 days the deposit is non-refundable, unless we are able to re-book your date. Cancellations are handled by contacting us directly. WHEN THE DEPOSIT MAY BE HELD OR PARTIALLY REFUNDED 1. The $2,500 balance was not paid on the day of the event. 2. Damage to the property occurred during the event. FOOD AND DRINK Outside alcohol is not permitted. All beer, wine, and spirits are purchased from our bar. Outside food is welcome; we do not provide catering. BOOKING AND TIMING Online booking closes 14 days before the event date. Event window is 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Property access begins at 2:30 PM. 11:00 PM is a hard end, all guests off the property. Maximum 100 guests.
